Order Confirmation & Processing

The moment your order is placed, an initial pre-authorisation holds the order total while we confirm stock allocation with our warehouse partners. Once stock is confirmed, the payment processes and fulfilment begins. If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we release the hold immediately and notify you via email so you are never charged for out-of-stock pieces.

Delivery & Tracking

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (standard UK mainland deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 working days following dispatch). You will receive an automated email containing your courier tracking number within 24 hours of your parcel leaving the depot. If you have not received tracking information after 5 working days, please contact info@goodnessary.com with your order number.

Transit Damage & Faults

We take great care in packaging every order, but we ask that you inspect your delivery promptly upon arrival. If the external box arrives noticeably compromised, please note this with the courier or decline the parcel. Should you discover any transit damage or manufacturing defect after opening, email clear photos of the packaging and product to info@goodnessary.com within 3 days so our team can resolve the issue with a direct replacement or collection.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Early Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If your item has not yet been processed at the depot, we will cancel the order and release the funds without charge. Once dispatched, an order cannot be recalled in transit and falls under our standard return guidelines.

  • 30-Day Returns: Under our 30-day policy (as well as your 14-day statutory right under UK consumer regulations), unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund. For voluntary returns or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for safe return carriage to our designated logistics address.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection at our facility.
